Who We Are:
Crocodile Man tours was created in 1992, in a small town called Tárcoles located in the province of Puntarenas, this beautiful place is surrounded by many natural beauties and dedicated for the most part to the art of Artisanal fishing, an activity from which the greater amount of income in the area, due to the scarcity of sources of work we undertook the task of looking for new income options that would allow us to have a better quality of life for our families, taking into account the potential of the Rio Grande of Tárcoles for being a place rich in natural landscapes, its large population of American Crocodiles and for being a paradise of exotic birds, it was undertaken with the dream of being able to show the world the beauties that the Rio Grandes de Tárcoles and the community of Tárcoles could offer a comfortable, safe way, besides that we can work respecting the environment and preserving biodiversity, always in harmony with nature.
Crocodile Man Tours is a purely Costa Rican company that provides employment to many people in the community, its collaborators have extensive knowledge about American crocodiles, the great variety of birds and all the nature that surrounds us, since most of us are natives of this beautiful place, in which we grew up surrounded by nature.
Over the course of all these years we have been visited by thousands and thousands of tourists from all over the world and of all ages, who have left Costa Rica wanting to return, because we not only sold them a tour, we gave them an experience impossible to forget.
