Description

**We need minimum 2 pax to start the tour

The Tárcoles basin region and the adjacent Carara National Park is one of the best areas for bird watching in Costa Rica. It first became popular due to the abundance of scarlet macaws, but the regions offer many more rare species, including the mangrove hummingbird. Furthermore, the bird population is rich and abundant, making photography easy and possible almost every day.

The river has more than 60 species of birds and is the best place to see the beautiful scarlet macaw and other amazing birds such as the boat-billed heron, egrets, terns, KingFisher and much more.

It is a very special tour for people who like photography of birds and landscapes.

We offer excursions with departures from 06:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. at 4:00 p.m
